Melt butter in a pan and sauté the carrots, onion, and celery until soft, then set aside to cool.

In a bowl, combine the ground chuck, black pepper, sea salt, dried rosemary, dried thyme, chopped garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and oyster sauce.

Add the cooled cooked vegetables, panko bread crumbs, and egg to the meat mixture.

Mix with hands, ensuring not to compact the mixture.

Place the meatloaf onto a foil-lined sheet pan with a baking rack.

Top with barbecue sauce or desired topping.

Bake in a 400 degree oven for 75 minutes.
