Hot Honey Street Corn Bowl and High Protein Tuna Bowl

Directions
- 1Cut the sweet potato into small cubes.
- 2Spray with avocado oil, season with salt, pepper and cornstarch.
- 3Air fry at 400°F for 20 minutes or bake at 425°F for 30-35 minutes.
- 4Mix corn, avocado, jalapeño, chopped cilantro, cottage cheese, light mayo, cotija cheese, and lime.
- 5Add a little bit of Tajin.
- 6Sear lean ground beef in a hot pan for 3-4 minutes per side.
- 7Add taco seasoning and water.
- 8Serve the ground beef over sweet potatoes, top with street corn sauce, Tajin, and hot honey.
- 9Combine rice, tuna, bell peppers, avocado, pickled jalapeños, lemon juice, light mayo, salt, pepper, garlic powder and chili flakes.
- 10Assemble the bowl with a drizzle of soy sauce and sriracha, sesame seeds and green onions, with seaweed on the side.
