Directions
- 1Cream the butter, sugar and lemon zest until fluffy.
- 2Add in the eggs and beat well.
- 3In a glass, mix lemon juice, milk and vanilla extract together.
- 4Alternately, add the dry ingredients and milk mixture to the butter mixture. Mix until everything is just combined.
- 5Add in the softened cream cheese and mix until just combined.
- 6Bake for 45-55 minutes at 180C.
- 7Allow to cool for about 10-15 minutes before removing the cake from the Bundt tin.
