Directions
- 1Mix together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, a little sugar and salt.
- 2Add milk, vanilla, eggs or egg replacer and melted butter to the mixture and whisk together.
- 3Cook on a griddle with thinly sliced strawberries in the middle.
- 4Serve with butter and maple syrup or with yogurt or applesauce.
