Directions
- 1Add 1 pound of cooked and drained chorizo to the crock pot.
- 2Add 1 pound of cooked and drained ground beef to the crock pot.
- 3Add 1 can of Rotel.
- 4Add 8 ounces of cream cheese.
- 5Add 16 ounces of cubed cheddar cheese.
- 6Add 16 ounces of velveeta.
- 7Add 1 can of cream of chicken soup.
- 8Add 1 cup of shredded cheese.
- 9Cover and cook on low for 3 hours, stirring once during cooking.
- 10Add more shredded cheese on top and cover until melted.
