Take some good quality Indian bananas, wash them, cut them and boil them up to four to five whistles in a pressure cooker.

Chop the onion, tomato, jalapeno, and cilantro.

Pound the boiled bananas until creamy.

Add olive oil, black pepper, salt, and half a lime to the mashed bananas.

Add chopped onion, tomato, jalapeno, and cilantro and mix.

Spread the bananamole on a slice of multi grain toast.

Sprinkle chili flakes on top.

2 good quality Indian banana
1 cup water
1 onion
1 tomato
1 jalapeno
1 handful cilantro
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pinch black pepper
1 pinch salt
0.5 lime
1 pinch chili flakes
1 slice multi grain toast
