Directions
- 1Add cottage cheese, roasted red peppers, chili, garlic, a full tin of chopped tomatoes, and some fresh basil into a blender.
- 2Blitz the mixture until it is nice and smooth.
- 3Heat the blended mixture in a saucepan on a low heat whilst continuously stirring it.
