Directions
- 1Boil the potatoes.
- 2Peel the boiled potatoes.
- 3Press the potatoes through a sieve.
- 4Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- 5Add the whipped egg whites to a bowl.
- 6Add the sieved potatoes to the egg whites.
- 7Melt butter in a small pot.
- 8Add salt to the melted butter.
- 9Add flour to the melted butter and salt mixture.
- 10Pour the butter mixture into the potato and egg white mixture.
- 11Mix until well combined.
- 12Pipe the potato mixture onto a waffle maker.
- 13Close the waffle maker and cook until golden brown.
- 14Serve the potato waffle with tartar and garnish with herbs and edible flowers.
