Add pork chops to a bag for marinating.

Add 1 teaspoon of garlic powder to the bag.

Add 1 teaspoon of onion powder to the bag.

Add 1 teaspoon of paprika to the bag.

Add 4 tablespoons of soy sauce to the bag.

Add 4 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce to the bag.

Add 2 tablespoons of avocado oil to the bag.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of MSG to the bag (or 1/4 teaspoon of salt if not using MSG).

Add 1/4 teaspoon of white pepper to the bag.

Make sure all pork chops are covered in the seasoning.

Refrigerate the marinated pork chops for at least 4 hours, or best overnight.

For the sauce, add 4 tablespoons of your favorite mayo to a bowl.

Add 2 tablespoons of Grey Poupon Dijon mustard to the bowl.

Add 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to the bowl.

Add 1 tablespoon of honey to the bowl.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of paprika to the bowl.

Add about 1/2 teaspoon of MSG to the bowl (or a pinch of salt, about 1/8 to 1/16 teaspoon if skipping MSG).

Add about 1/4 teaspoon of white pepper to the bowl.

Mix the sauce ingredients thoroughly and set aside.

Oil your Blackstone griddle with avocado oil.

Place the marinated pork chops on the Blackstone griddle.

Cook the pork chops on medium heat until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
