Directions
- 1Boil strawberries until super thick
- 2Add butter and sugar to a bowl and cream it together
- 3Add strawberry Jell-O
- 4Add a half a cup of oil
- 5Mix ingredients
- 6Add in six egg whites at room temperature and 2 teaspoons of vanilla or vanilla bean paste
- 7Add 1 tsp strawberry emulsion
- 8Set aside the mix
- 9In another bowl, add the cake flour, baking soda, baking powder, freeze-dried strawberries and salt and give that a mix
- 10Add the buttermilk and strawberry purée that was made
- 11Combine everything together
- 12Pour into cake pans
- 13Bake at 350 for 30 minutes

- 0.5 cup strawberry puree
- 2 tbsp strawberry puree
