Remove the pork shoulder butt roast from its packaging and place it on a cutting board.

Cut the pork shoulder butt roast into smaller chunks, cutting around the bone, to facilitate quicker cooking.

Place the cut pork pieces into the Instant Pot or Ninja Foodi.

Add 2-3 tablespoons of hot pepper sauce to the Instant Pot.

Add 2 teaspoons of salt to the Instant Pot.

Add 1 teaspoon of pepper to the Instant Pot.

Add 1 teaspoon of garlic powder to the Instant Pot.

Stir the ingredients in the Instant Pot to combine.

Place the Instant Pot insert with the pork and seasonings into the Instant Pot base.

Set the Instant Pot to high pressure and cook for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until the meat is falling off the bone.

Tips
Cutting the pork shoulder butt roast into pieces helps it cook a lot quicker.
You can also cook the roast whole in the oven for hours if preferred.
