Directions
- 1Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- 2Add flour, eggs, condensed milk, yogurt, vanilla extract, baking powder, baking soda and oil to a blender.
- 3Blend all ingredients.
- 4Add a sheet of parchment paper (or coat with butter) to your loaf pan and pour in the mix!
- 5Bake for about 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- 6Remove the cake from the loaf pan.
- 7Cut the cake into slices.
- 8Serve and enjoy!

- 1.75 cup flour
- 3 eggs
- 14 oz can La Lechera Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 0.5 cup plain yogurt (full fat)
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 0.25 teaspoon baking soda
- 0.5 cup oil (favorite kind, I recommend olive)
