Directions
- 1Chop the red onion and garlic.
- 2Add oil to a pot. Add the chopped red onion and garlic and cook until translucent.

- 4Add the meat to the pot.
- 5Add the tomato paste and mix well.
- 6Add water, paprika, masala and lemon.
- 7Bring to a boil. Add the penne pasta and stir.
- 8Add cooking cream and mozzarella cheese.
- 9Stir until the cheese is melted and the pasta is creamy.
