Directions
- 1Place bacon on sheet pan and bake at 400 for 20 minutes
- 2Cut the bread in half and then into thick slices
- 3Add olive oil to pan and grill the bread slices until crispy
- 4Toast the pine nuts in a pan on medium heat
- 5Wash and dry the cherry tomatoes; slice in half
- 6Slice the avocado and remove pit
- 7Mash avocado onto the bread
- 8Top with bacon, tomatoes, pine nuts, arugula, olive oil, salt and pepper

- 12 slices bacon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 handful pine nuts
- 1 container cherry tomatoes
- 1 medium avocado
- 1 handful arugula
- 0.1 teaspoon molten salt
- 0.1 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
