- 1Chop scallions.
- 2In a pan, sauté the white part of the scallions and garlic.
- 3Slice the sausages.

- 5Add rice and mix.
- 6Add soy sauce and ketchup.
- 7Add the green part of the scallions and mix.
- 8Serve on a plate.
- 9Fry an egg and place it on top of the rice.
