Chop bell peppers, cabbage, scallions, garlic, ginger, carrots, and broccoli.

Marinate shrimp with soy sauce, baking soda, and cornstarch, then let it sit.

Add sesame oil to a hot wok and sear the marinated shrimp until evenly cooked.

Remove the cooked shrimp from the wok.

In the same wok, sauté minced garlic and ginger.

Toss in the chopped vegetables (bell peppers, cabbage, scallions, carrots, broccoli) and cook for a few minutes.

Prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, brown sugar, hoisin sauce, and cornstarch until it thickens.

Add cooked spaghetti noodles (or lo mein noodles) to the vegetables in the wok.

Pour the prepared sauce over the noodles and vegetables.

Add the cooked shrimp back into the wok.

Toss everything together until well combined and coated with the sauce.
