Remove the excess of fat from the pork skin.

Cut the skin into pieces to the desired size.

Cook the pieces of skin in a pot with water, garlic, thyme and oregano.

Check if the skin is cooked by inserting a fork; it should go in easily.

Remove the skin from the pot and let it drain.

Add salt, ground pepper and lemon to taste.

Place the skin pieces on an oven tray.

Put the tray in the oven at 160-170°C for 2 hours, to dehydrate.

In a pan, add oil and wait until it's hot.

Place the skin pieces to fry and wait until they inflate.

Once they are golden, remove and place them on a paper towel.

Tips
Remove as much fat as possible from the pork skin before cooking.
Cooking the skin in water with herbs and garlic will give a good flavor to the chicharrones.
