- 5Using a rolling pin, flatten the dough until it is even.
- 6Place the flattened dough into the bamboo steamer and steam it.
- 7Once steamed, remove the dough and peel off the leaves.
- 8Cut the dough into squares using a knife and a wooden stick as guides.
