Directions
- 1Separate Oreo biscuits and filling. Crush the biscuits finely.
- 2Add baking powder and mix.
- 3Pour in milk and add the Oreo filling. Stir everything together until smooth.
- 4Grease and line a microwaveable cake mold.
- 5Pour in the Oreo mix and microwave for about 6 minutes.
- 6Let it cool fully, then turn it upside down.
- 7Add a ganache topping (optional): Pour 150ml of piping hot double cream over 150g dark chocolate. Stir gently until combined.
- 8Sprinkle Oreo crumbs around the edge (optional).
