  • 1 tsp salt
  • 6 g salt
  • 0.5 cup butter
  • 113 g butter
  • 8 garlic cloves, minced
  • 10 garlic cloves, minced
  • 24 g garlic cloves, minced
  • 30 g garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh parsley
  • 1 g fresh parsley
  • 0.25 tsp basil & oregano
  • 0.3 g basil & oregano
  • shredded cheese

Tips

  • Activate the yeast in warm water with sugar and let it sit until foamy.
  • Add flour gradually and knead until smooth.
  • Cover, & let the dough rise until doubled. ( about 1 hr )
  • Roll out the dough into a rectangle, spread the filling evenly, then roll it up and slice.
  • Place slices in a baking dish and let rise again for about 15 minutes.
  • Bake at 350•F for about 25-35 minutes.
  • Brush leftover butter mixture onto rolls while warm & enjoy!
  • It recommends parchment paper under the rolls so the bottom doesn't stick!
