Directions
- 1Form the ground beef into 4 equal size patties.
- 2Wash and chop potatoes into cubes.
- 3Chop an onion.
- 4Slice baby carrots in half.
- 5Lay out a couple of pieces of aluminum foil.
- 6Spray the foil with cooking spray.
- 7Add one chopped potato, a handful of onion and some baby carrots.
- 8Drizzle a little bit of olive oil over the veggies.
- 9Season with a little bit of steak seasoning.
- 10Top with a burger patty and season with a little bit more steak seasoning.
- 11Top the burger with a drizzle of Steak Sauce.
- 12Wrap aluminum foil up tightly.
- 13Repeat until all 4 foil packets are assembled.
- 14Heat a grill over medium heat.
- 15Place foil packets on the grill and cook for about 20-25 minutes or until the ground beef is fully cooked and the veggies are tender.
- 16Carefully open the foil packet and add some shredded Colby Jack cheese.
- 17Place back on the grill to melt the cheese if needed.
- 18Top with crumbled bacon and a little bit more Steak Sauce.
