Blackberry Chocolate Cake

Directions

  1. 1Whisk the egg whites.
  2. 2Add egg yolks and whisk again.
  3. 3Sift in cocoa powder, flour, sugar and baking powder.
  4. 4Add the mixture to a baking pan.
  5. 5Cook the blackberries with some sugar in a saucepan.
  6. 6Add sugar, butter and cream cheese to a bowl and whisk.
  7. 7Cut the baked dough in three pieces.
  8. 8Add cream cheese and blackberry mixture between the layers.
  9. 9Melt the chocolate bar.
  10. 10Add peanuts to the melted chocolate and stir.
  11. 11Add the chocolate peanut mixture on top of the cake.
