- 8Use the back of a measuring cup to press the tater tots down to resemble a mini pie crust.
- 9Use a cookie scoop to portion the filling into each tater tot crust.
- 10Add 7 grams of reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese per muffin.
- 11Bake them in the oven at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes or until the eggs have cooked through and the casseroles are firm.
- 12Let them cool for about 10 minutes before flipping the entire pan over to release the casseroles.
