Directions
- 1Fry off pepper, onion and chorizo.
- 2Add chicken and some spices.
- 3Add tomato puree.
- 4Add dried orzo.
- 5Pour over tinned tomatoes.
- 6Add your stock and leave that for about 10 minutes until the orzo has absorbed all the water.
- 7Add some reduced fat cream, some sundried tomatoes and parmesan cheese.
- 8Fry off some chorizo just to add on top.
