Soak your noodles in hot boiling water for 20 seconds until loosened.

Combine chicken stock, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sesame oil, black pepper, oyster sauce, sugar, and cornstarch for the sauce.

Add the thinly sliced beef to the pan.

Stir fry until 80% cooked and set aside.

In the same pan, melt some butter.

Add in garlic, ginger, onion, and spring onion.

Saute for 2 minutes.

Add your noodles followed by the sauce and mix until everything is coated with the sauce.

Add back the beef, more spring onion and toss to combine.

Garnish with sesame seeds and enjoy.
