Directions
- 1Peel, core, and thinly slice the apples.
- 2In a bowl, add the eggs and sugar; mix it.
- 3Add in the butter, milk and vanilla. Mix.
- 4Add the dry ingredients and mix.
- 5Submerge the apples in the batter.
- 6Layer the apples onto a loaf pan lined with parchment paper.
- 7Pour in the rest of the batter.
- 8Bake.
