- 1Season your meat lightly on all sides.

- 4Deglaze the pan with a little bit of water and a wooden spoon to get all the flavor back.
- 5Pour the deglazed liquid over the meat in the instant pot.
- 6Add one bottle of Ja-listo! Adobo Para Birria over the meat.
- 7Add some water to the instant pot.
- 8Cover the instant pot and set it to one hour on high pressure.
- 9Once cooked, the birria should fall apart easily.
- 10Serve and enjoy.
