Directions
- 1Fry the chorizo in a pan until golden brown.
- 2Take out the chorizo, reserving the grease in the pan.
- 3Fry potatoes in the chorizo grease.
- 4Add a little salt to the potatoes.
- 5Turn the potatoes to brown on all sides.
- 6Add the chopped onion and cook until potatoes are lightly golden.
- 7Add the chorizo back to the pan and incorporate everything together.
- 8Cook for some minutes, until potatoes and chorizo are thoroughly heated and combined.

- 0.5 white onion, chopped
