Combine soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, water, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, sugar, and sesame seeds in a bowl to make the sauce.

Set aside the sauce.

Add ground pork and beef, coleslaw, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, and green onions to a bowl.

Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.

Place a small amount of the filling onto each wonton wrapper, ensuring they are not too thick.

Brush oil onto a pan on medium-high heat.

Place the wontons meat-side down on the pan.

Brush oil on the back of the wontons for crispiness.

Flip the wontons after a couple of minutes.

Fry until nice and crispy.

Drizzle with chili oil.

Serve with the prepared sauce.

Fold the wontons in half like a taco and dip them in the sauce before eating.

1.5 cups 3-color deli cole slaw by Fresh Express
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
0.5 tbsp ginger, minced
0.5 tbsp sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
0.33 cup green onion, chopped
25 wraps wonton wrappers
1 tbsp chili garlic sauce
1 tbsp water
2 tsp rice wine vinegar
2 tsp sesame seeds
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp sugar

Tips
