Add potato starch, corn starch, rice flour, 550 ml of water, some white pepper, and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil to make the batter.

For the sauce, add around 360 mils of water, around 75 grams of sugar, and miso paste.

Once the miso is incorporated, add your potato starch and then some starch solution until it thickens.

Pour the batter onto a pan with the oysters and let it crisp up.

Add in your egg and veggies, including beans for texture.

Flip the omelet using a plate over the pan and then invert it back into the pan.
