Directions
- 1Place crackers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 2Unwrap Tootsie Rolls and place them in a saucepan.
- 3Melt the Tootsie Rolls over low heat until smooth.
- 4Pour the melted Tootsie Roll mixture over the crackers and spread evenly.
- 5Melt the chocolate bars in a bowl of warm water.
- 6Spread the melted chocolate over the Tootsie Roll layer.
- 7Sprinkle peanut M&M's and peanuts on top.
- 8Let it cool completely and break into pieces.
