Directions
- 1Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2Place baby bella mushrooms in a baking pan, cap side down, and cover with tin foil.
- 3Bake the mushrooms for about 25 minutes, or until they release moisture.
- 4In a bowl, mix together 1 pound of Jimmy Dean pork sausage, 1 package of Boursin cheese and 1 cup of panko bread crumbs.
- 5Remove mushrooms from the oven, let them cool, and remove the excess moisture.
- 6Stuff the mushrooms with the sausage mixture.
- 7Flash freeze the stuffed mushrooms for at least an hour and a half.
