Directions
- 1Mix buttermilk, hot sauce, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika and chilli powder in a bowl.
- 2Mix plain flour, cornflour, baking powder, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, chilli powder, paprika, oregano, cajun and cayenne pepper in another bowl.
- 3Mix the egg and plain flour in a bowl.
- 4Dip the chicken into the buttermilk mix, then the flour mix, then the buttermilk mix again, and then the flour mix one last time.
- 5Fry at 165 degrees C (medium/high heat) for 5-7 until golden.
- 6Mix frying oil, hot sauce, brown sugar, cayenne pepper, hot paprika, garlic powder and salt in a bowl.
- 7Dip the fried chicken into the spicy sauce.

- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1.2 tbsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp hot paprika
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp salt
