Directions
- 1Grease an oven pan with butter
- 2Cut up parboiled potatoes
- 3Place potatoes in the greased pan
- 4Season with salt or potato seasoning
- 5Pour 250ml cream into a bowl
- 6Add 250ml milk
- 7Add a packet of potato bake
- 8Whisk until smooth
- 9Pour over potatoes
- 10Bake at 180 °C for 30 minutes
- 11Remove and top with cheese.
- 12Bake for a further 15 minutes
