Directions
- 1Peel one potato.
- 2Cut the potato into pieces.
- 3Boil the potato pieces in salted water until soft.
- 4Mash the boiled potatoes, using a ricer to make it easier.
- 5Add cornstarch and sugar to the mashed potatoes.
- 6Mix the ingredients together.
- 7Roll the potato mixture into a ball.
- 8Flatten the potato ball and add cheese in the center.
- 9Cover the cheese with the potato mixture and flatten it again, cleaning the sides to form a disc.
- 10Shallow fry the potato disc until golden brown on both sides.
