Directions
- 1Cook the pasta.
- 2Melt butter in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil.
- 3Cook the onion and when it softens add the garlic and sauté.
- 4Now add the canned tuna, drained.
- 5Add the cream, the broth, the tomato paste and mix well.
- 6Season with salt, pepper and herbs.
- 7Add a handful of Parmesan cheese and when it melts add a little fresh basil.
- 8Incorporate the cooked pasta and mix it with this delicious sauce.
