Directions
- 1Hasselback some small potatoes but make sure you don't slice all the way through.
- 2Combine them with some oil and seasoning.
- 3Space them out on a baking tray and then brush over any excess oil.
- 4Slice off the tip of the garlic, coat it in oil, and then wrap in foil.
- 5Bake the potatoes and the garlic.
- 6Squeeze out the garlic and combine it with some butter, fresh parsley, and seasoning.
- 7Spread the garlic butter all over those crispy potatoes.
