Directions
- 1Boil and mash the potatoes.
- 2Add the eggs, flour and salt to the mashed potatoes and mix.
- 3Make small patties from the mixture.
- 4Add a spoonful of ground meat to each patty and top with cheese.
- 5Close the patties.
- 6Fry the patties in a pan on both sides until golden.
