Cheesy Ranch Taco Pasta
Directions
- 1Brown ground beef and onion in a skillet.
- 2Add ranch and taco seasoning to the beef and onion.
- 3Add undrained rotel and water to the skillet.
- 4Add the cheese and noodles from the Velveeta kit, mix well, bring to a simmer, cover, and cook for about 7 minutes.
- 5Stir in heavy whipping cream and add shredded cheese (cheddar, pepper jack, or Monterey Jack).
- 6Cover and cook on medium heat until cheese melts.
- 7Garnish with cilantro, if desired

Tips
