Directions
- 1Place cream cheese, cubed cheddar, sliced pepper jack, diced onion, cooked sausage, rotel, sour cream, and chopped cilantro into a disposable aluminum roasting pan.
- 2Place the pan on the grill, cover, and smoke.
- 3Remove the pan from the grill and stir the ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
