Directions
- 1Mix the yogurt with the eggs, butter, and sugar.
- 2Add the milk and continue whisking.
- 3Add the lemon zest and the juice of half a lemon.
- 4Add cinnamon to taste and mix well.
- 5Add the sifted flour.
- 6Pour the mixture into a greased baking pan.
- 7Sprinkle with cinnamon and bake at 180 degrees.
