Directions
- 1Cook some chorizo in a separate pan.
- 2Add some onions, red and green bell peppers.
- 3Cook it out until everything is nice and caramelized.
- 4Top your queso with the cooked chorizo and vegetables.
- 5Add some sliced jalapenos.
- 6Add some Corona if desired.
- 7Bake in the oven at 500 degrees for at least 10-15 minutes.
- 8Garnish with some crispy shallots and some cilantro.
