Directions

In a preheated skillet or saucepan, add water, salt, and sugar.

Bring the mixture to a boil to dissolve the sugar and salt.

Once boiling, cut off the heat.

Add flour and stir it in to start forming the dough.

Cook and stir the flour until the dough forms, with the heat off.

Remove the dough from the pan and add it to a bowl.

Allow the dough to cool slightly.

Add two beaten eggs to the cooled mixture.

Mix until well combined and it turns into a soft but sticky dough.

Add the dough to a piping bag with a cupcake tip.

Set the piping bag aside.

In a skillet, add vegetable oil and heat it until hot.

Add churro bites directly to the hot oil using the piping bag.

Cook the churro bites until they float to the top and are golden brown, about a couple of minutes on each side.

Drain the cooked churro bites on a paper towel.

Roll the churro bites in either powdered sugar or cinnamon sugar.

Tips
Cool the dough mixture slightly before adding eggs.
Cook churro bites until they float to the top and are golden brown.
Drain churro bites on a paper towel.
