Directions
- 1Add bacon to a pan to brown.
- 2Add onion to a pan to brown.
- 3Cut the potatoes thinly using a mandolin.
- 4Boil water with salt and add the potatoes. Let it boil for 15 minutes.
- 5Add cream, salt and pepper to the pan with the onion and stir.
- 6Chop the bacon.
- 7In a glass container, add cream, then potato, parsley, bacon and cheese.
- 8Repeat the layers.
- 9The last layer, add cheese.
- 10Take it to the oven so that everything is browned.
