Directions
- 1Cook shell pasta and save a little bit of pasta water for later.
- 2Oil up a hot pan and add ground beef.
- 3Let the beef get a crispy sear then break it up and add garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper.
- 4Mix well and set the beef aside.
- 5Add chopped onion and diced garlic, stir until fragrant.
- 6Add tomato sauce, beef stock, double cream and Italian herbs.
- 7Stir well and simmer for 5 minutes.
- 8Add beef, cooked pasta and pasta water from earlier.
- 9Mix well and box into four equal servings, garnish and enjoy.
