Directions
1
Boil 1 cup of water, 2 tablespoons of butter, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and a good pinch of salt until everything is melted.
2
Turn off the heat.
3
Add 1 cup or 160 grams of flour.
4
Mix together until it turns into a ball.
5
Let that residual heat thicken this dough up.
6
Let this cool down for 3 to 5 minutes.
7
Add the eggs one by one and mix.
8
Get a piping bag and a large tip, I'm using a star-shaped one to give the churros ridges that will allow it to cook more evenly.
9
Fill it up with your soft dough and pipe your preferred length of churros on a sheet tray with parchment paper.
10
Deep fry the churros over high heat until golden brown.
11
While still hot, roll over in the mixture of white sugar and cinnamon powder.
12
For the dipping sauce, add some creamy peanut butter with a splash of cream and water.
13
Mix and melt shortly over low heat until you get a silky smooth sauce.
14
Pour your sauce in a bowl and serve.
