Prepare resealable bags.

Combine all sauce ingredients (soy sauce, sake, mirin, sugar, dashi stock, oyster sauce, grated ginger, and water) in the bags.

Add sliced onions to the bags.

Add thinly sliced beef to the bags.

Divide the mixture into four portions.

Freeze the prepared portions.

When ready to eat, place one portion in a pan.

Add a small amount of water to the pan.

Cover the pan with a lid and turn on the heat.

Cook until the beef is fully cooked.

250 g Beef, thinly sliced
1 Onion, sliced
2 tbsp Soy sauce
2 tbsp Sake
2 tbsp Mirin
2 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Dashi stock
1 tsp Oyster sauce
1 tbsp Ginger, grated
200 ml Water

Tips
Can be prepared and frozen for later consumption.
Can be eaten with rice, bread, or udon.
