Bring a large pot of water to a boil.

Add green beans and cook until bright green and still slightly crunchy.

Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking.

Melt a few pieces of butter over the warm green beans.

In a bowl, mix grated garlic with 1/2 stick melted butter.

Massage the garlic butter mixture into the green beans until evenly coated.

Combine equal parts soy sauce and vinegar, then add a little avocado oil and plenty of chili flakes.

Serve the beans on their own or dipped into the chili oil sauce.

1 large bag fresh green beans
2 large head garlic, grated
1/2 stick butter
equal part soy sauce
equal part vinegar
a splash avocado oil
lots of chili flakes

Tips
Add more butter to the garlic butter mixture if needed for a spreadable consistency.
You can add more butter to the green beans if needed.
