Directions
- 1Crush cornflakes and add a tiny bit of fajita seasoning. Mix together.
- 2Dip chicken in egg wash, then in cornflake mixture. Cook for 25 minutes.
- 3Chop red onions, peppers.
- 4Sauté vegetables.
- 5Add cooked pasta to the vegetables.
- 6Add one full tub of Philadelphia, mix well. Add pasta water.
- 7Add the remainder of the fajita seasoning.
- 8Mix well and serve.

- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 1 yellow pepper
- 1 onion
- 1 cup pasta water
- 400 g chicken
- 60 g cornflakes
